Elettromedia s.r.l. authorizes the user to view, download and use the material container in this section, in compliance with the following rules.
Elettromedia s.r.l. is exclusive proprietor of the copyrighted logos;
Elettromedia s.r.l. also owns the intellectual property rights of all of the non-copyrighted materials (images, texts, logos, etc.).
1 – Logos can only be used in close proximity or in obvious connection with a published article or a promotional space regarding Elettromedia s.r.l. as well as the products of its own brands.
2 – Logos can only be used in their official colours.
3 – Logos and images can not be modified; any possible re-sizing must keep the proportions of the original image.
4 - In regards to anything else which is not expressly addressed hereby, it needs to refer to the “Visual identity” document which Elettromedia s.r.l. wrote and keeps at its own legal head quarters.

Elettromedia s.r.l. may change these Terms from time to time by updating this page at any time without notice. The user should therefore periodically visit this page and review the possibly updated Terms as the user is bound to them.

Information report pursuant to art. 13 of the Legs. Decree 196/2003 concerning the protection of personal data.

We would like to inform you that in order to establish and perform our relations with you, our Company has to process your personal data. According to art. 13 of Legs. Decree n. 196/2003 we would like to provide you with the following essential information.

Your personal data will be processed according to needs of the requested service and to the consequent fulfilment of the legal obligations. The data processing is going to be carried out for the entire duration of the relations and also thereafter to comply with obligations according to the law and for administrative and commercial purposes. The data shall be processed by the use of instruments and procedures that are suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality and shall be performed on both paper and electronic supports.

As far as the data that we are obliged to be informed of to be able to fulfil the obligations provided by law, the non transfer of the data on your part shall render it impossible to establish or continue the relations, where such data is necessary for the performance thereof. With regards to the data that we are not obliged to know, the non transfer thereof shall be assessed each time, and as a consequence it shall be decisive according to the importance of this data, which you didn’t provide, for our organisation.

Your data will not be spread but may be disclosed to the subjects who are in charge of their processing within our Company, particularly to our Communication Office. Moreover, the data might be disclosed to those subjects who need to access your data due to auxiliary purposes concerning the relations between you and us, within the limits strictly necessary to perform the auxiliary tasks.

In relation to your personal data, you can exercise the rights outlined in art. 7 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 by contacting our Company which is the “Data Processing Controller” whose personal data are quoted in the batch header of this information report.
